These terms set the conditions for using services provided by Advanced Agent Inc., including SNS and community products, websites, inquiry forms, consultations, and related information. Users who use the services are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

We provide platforms and related services for users to connect, communicate, share information, and post or view content.

1. We may provide software, systems, websites, support, and related services necessary for use of the services.
2. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features after notifying users in advance where reasonable.
3. Some AI-related consultations, prototypes, or technical suggestions may be provided separately under written proposals or agreements.

3. Users are responsible for managing their account ID and password and may not transfer, lend, or share them with third parties.
4. Users are responsible for all activity and results arising from their accounts.

Users must comply with laws, these terms, applicable guidelines, and reasonable notices from Advanced Agent Inc.. Users must use the services at their own responsibility and must not interfere with other users, the services, or our business operations.

• Acts that violate laws, public order, or third-party rights.
• Submitting false information, impersonation, unauthorized access, or excessive load.
• Harassment, abusive behavior, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the service.
• Any other conduct that Advanced Agent Inc. reasonably determines to be inappropriate.

Text, images, logos, designs, software, code, and other content on the services belong to Advanced Agent Inc. or the relevant rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited unless permitted by law or prior written consent.

We may suspend use, restrict accounts, or terminate access if a user violates these terms or if necessary to protect users, the services, or our business. Users may stop using the services or request withdrawal through the prescribed method.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and services available, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, usefulness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for final business, legal, medical, financial, personnel, and operational decisions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a user causes damage to Advanced Agent Inc. or a third party by violating these terms or by unlawful or inappropriate conduct, the user may be responsible for compensating the damage to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms as necessary. Revised terms take effect when posted on this website or otherwise announced through an appropriate method.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by law, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to these terms or the services.
